BY CONFIRMING A BOOKING YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Please note that there is a strict 15mph speed limit in force along the lane approaching Splash Doggy.
Max 6 persons per session. Max 2 swimmers at any one time in the pool.
If you choose to enter the pool with your dog, you do so at your own risk!
Please ensure that your dog is clean prior before attending the appointment. Any dirty dogs may be refused entry.
Dogs to remain on their leads at all times until permission given to be off-lead in the pool area.
Please try to maintain a safe distance from other dogs when arriving for sessions/leaving sessions on the premises.
If your dog has a bite history or is reactive to humans then please inform us prior to attending so we can inform our staff members.
Dogs must not be pushed, shoved or thrown into the pool. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated.
We have the right to publish any photographs or video footage for our website or social media accounts.We do not have any control over photo's published from customers using our facilities.
You are responsible for clearing up after your dog, please take home with you.
Please do not feed your dog for at least TWO hours prior to attending an appointment and ensure the dog has emptied its bowels before arriving. There will be a charge of £40 made for dogs that foul in the pool as appointments following this will have to be cancelled whilst it is cleaned.
All dogs MUST have their claws clipped short to prevent punctures to the pool liner. Entry may be refused if your dog has sharp claws.
Please note all bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, then the session can be rescheduled provided that it done with at least 24 hrs notice of session. Please note that you will have to call/email to rearrange the scheduled appointment. All rescheduled appointments to be used within a two month period.
We reserve the right to amend our prices as and when we deem necessary.
We reserve the right to cancel any sessions with a full refund/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are confirming your dog(s) is/are fit and well. If your dog has had injuries, health problems or recovering from surgery then you must have permission to swim from your own vet. Any dog with open wounds, sores or lesions will be refused entry in to the pool for health and safety reasons.
Please note that we are NOT hydro therapists and we DO NOT give any medical advice. These sessions are purely for fun and exercise or confidence building.
Your half hour session includes time taken entering and exiting the pool. You and your dog must exit the pool swiftly at the end of your session to allow for access to the pool for the next session. It is advisable to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
No dog should use the pool continuously for more than a 20 minute period, in line with Veterinary & Hydrotherapy recommendations. One minute swim in the pool is equal to a 1 mile hard walk.
Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. Children over !4 years may be accompanied by an adult poolside, and entry is at your own risk. They must be able to stand with their head and shoulders above the waterline (pool depth is approx 1.3m). They must be able to swim unaided.
Please ensure that you wear sensible footwear as the ramp and surrounding areas can get slippy when wet.
Payment must be made at time of booking.
Owners are responsible for their dogs AT ALL TIMES
Please note that we have CCTV in operation for security and training purposes.
No smoking on site.
Only one person on the ladder at any time. Max weight restriction on ladders is 136kg or 300lb as specified by the manufacturer.
We make every effort to ensure that our premises are safe and secure. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person, animal or vehicles howsoever caused, whilst on our premises.
Please not that we have one Portaloo for clients to use, which is located outside of the building.
By confirming your booking with Splash Doggy, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please ensure all attending parties have read and agree to the terms and conditions prior to attending the session.
